Phoenicia Walker joined Southeast Community Health Systems as a Corporate Compliance and Health Systems strategist in 2018. Before joining Southeast Community Health Systems, Walker spent over 20 years in leadership roles in public healthcare and human resources in Northern California. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree of Psychology from California State University and a Master of Science Degree of Business Management from Argosy University. She is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Walker became a member of the Southeast’s Leadership Team in 2019 where she currently provides oversight over organizational policies, risk management, and regulatory governance compliance. In her free time, she loves social events, traveling, and is an avid collector of multicultural figurines. She is a Tangipahoa Parish native.
