Leadership Team

Aimee DeGregorio, BSN, RN, brings 18 years of nursing expertise to Southeast Community Health Systems. Her background spans a variety of healthcare settings, including medical-surgical, orthopedics, neurology, NICU, and correctional healthcare.

As Director of Nursing and Infection Control Coordinator, Aimee is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of patient care while fostering a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. She oversees infection prevention initiatives, staff training, and regulatory compliance to safeguard the health of the community. In addition, she works closely with clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen retention, and promote a culture of excellence across all clinics.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys traveling, watching and playing sports—especially baseball and football when her kids are on the field—spending time with family, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. With a background in nursing education, she is passionate about teaching and now brings that same dedication to supporting her staff, encouraging professional growth, and helping each team member succeed in their role.
