All Southeast Community Health Systems locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2020 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday.  Centers will reopen on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 with normal operational hours.  If you have an emergency, please call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.  
               

EPSDT formally known as Kid-Med
is one of Louisiana’s Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) Programs. EPSDT provides preventive health screenings, diagnosis, and treatment services for suspected vision, hearing, dental and medical problems.

Louisiana has been nationally recognized as having one of the top five EPSDT programs in the nation, exceeding goals for EPSDT set by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). EPSDT services are available to Medicaid-eligible children under the age of 21. EPSDT benefits end on the child’s 21st birthday.
