If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, and/or sore throat, or have come in contact with someone with these symptoms, please call 888-414-7247 to speak to clinical staff. To reduce the risk of exposure to other patients and our employees, when visiting our clinics, please limit those coming with you to one. 

Everyone age 8 and over is required, except those with a medical exemption due to a health condition, to wear a face-covering when entering our facilities. We also encourage everyone over 2, per the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, to wear face-coverings when entering our facilities. Southeast Community Health Systems (SCHS) charges a nominal fee to patients whose income is at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty guidelines. Patients whose income is 100-200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines will be charged according to SCHS' sliding fee discount policy based on household income and family size. Supporting documentation of household income and family size or a self-declaration is required for discounted fees.

No patient will be denied health care services due to inability to pay. Management

Southeast Community Health Systems (SCHS) cobra una tarifa nominal a los pacientes cuyos ingresos son iguales o inferiors al 100% de las pautas federales de pobreza. Los pacientes cuyos ingresos sean del 100 al 200% de las pautas federales de pobreza se cobrarán de acuerdo con la politica de descuento de tarifa variable de SCHS basada en los ingresos de hogar y tamaño de la familia.
