Southeast Community Health Systems’ clinics are open for medical and behavioral health services (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) and emergency dental services (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm) and Picardy Women’s Health Clinic (Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:45pm). Telehealth visits (tele-behavioral health; tele-dentistry; and, tele-medicine) are available (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm) and Picardy Women’s Health Clinic (Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:45pm). Call 888-414-7247 for a telehealth appointment.

If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea, and/or sore throat, or have come in contact with someone with these symptoms, please call 888-414-7247 to speak to clinical staff. To reduce the risk of exposure to other patients and our employees, when visiting our clinics, please limit those coming with you to one.  We ask that everyone age 2 and up wear face-coverings when entering our facilities. We provide education and counseling on healthy nutrition. 

Our goals include:
  • To develop, to implement and to evaluate plans and activities that promote healthy eating habits and physical activity.
  • To increase public awareness of proper nutrition by promoting healthy eating and providing nutritional guidance.
  • To aid in improving the nutritional status of low-income adults and elderly citizens through education, direct intervention and referrals.
  • To educate parents on strategies that will improve the eating habits of their children, thereby enhancing the potential of children reaching optimal growth and development.
  • To educate and empower pregnant women to improve their nutritional status, thereby increasing the likelihood of positive pregnancy outcomes.
  • To identify potential nutrition related health problems, plan and assess interventions to resolve these conditions.
  • To equip patients with the knowledge needed to manage early symptoms of over and/or under nutrition.
  • To empower patients and their families to assume responsibility for their own care.
  • To offer timely, objective food and nutrition information
