Baby Shower Sponsorship

Dear Community Partners,

Southeast Community Health Systems (SCHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is committed to the communities within our service area. We dedicate ourselves in identifying our communities’ needs. Once such need identified are resources for expecting mothers and new parents in our service area.  

On Saturday, June 22, 2024, the expecting parents and new parents will connect with community partners to learn about child seat safety, child nutrition, prenatal care, breastfeeding, and much more. With your support, SCHS will offer gift cards along with baby furniture, and other necessities to participants.

As a private, non-profit 501(c)3, SCHS is soliciting support in ensuring that the community baby shower is a success and that the parents are able to receive the resources needed to help care for their newborns.  Your support will assist us with this effort. Enclosed is a SCHS donation form.  SCHS’ federal tax identification number is 72-1212880.

To maximize the utilization of contributions, kindly respond of your intention by June 7, 2024. Contributors have varying levels of sponsorship and will be included in marketing and media advertisements.
