Rafael J. Morrison is an accomplished executive leader and retired United States Army officer with more than 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, organizational management, and executive operations. He currently serves as Senior Army Instructor at Tara High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he mentors students and leads initiatives focused on leadership development, citizenship, and workforce readiness. His distinguished military career includes senior assignments at the Pentagon, Fort Hood, Fort Polk, and U.S. Forces Afghanistan. Mr. Morrison has advised senior government leaders, managed complex organizations, and coordinated multinational operations. He holds a Master of Public Administration in Leadership from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Southern University and A&M College. His leadership is grounded in integrity, strategic vision, and a commitment to developing people and strengthening organizations.
