Dr. Gaffney brings nearly 20 years of dental experience to Southeast Community Health Systems. Dr. Gaffney received his undergrad degree from the University of New Orleans before beginning dental school at Louisiana State University.

He worked in private practice around the Greater New Orleans area before joining Southeast. Gaffey is an avid music lover and during his free time, Gaffney loves spending time with his dog "Fred" and his family.
