Leadership Team

Christopher San Marco Jr., RN, BSN, MSN, TNCC, is an experienced nursing leader with more than 22 years in healthcare, emergency medicine, and clinical operations. After beginning his career in law enforcement, he spent 18 years in emergency medical services as a paramedic and supervisor before transitioning into nursing. He gained clinical experience in the Emergency Department, ICU, Cath Lab, and Pediatric ICU, and earned nursing degrees with honors from Charity School of Nursing, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and Loyola University New Orleans.

Throughout his career, Christopher has served in leadership roles including house supervisor, clinical unit manager, Director of Emergency Department and Emergency Operations, and Director of outpatient clinics. He has led teams, improved patient care operations, and supported community outreach through health fairs and wellness initiatives. A Louisiana native, he is guided by a strong commitment to service, faith, family, and community.
