Leadership Team

Nakeisha R. Cleveland brings over 15 years of healthcare administration expertise to Southeast Community Health Systems. As Southeast Community Health Systems' Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Cleveland has direct oversight and management of the health center's quality assurance/quality improvement, facilities, and compliance.  

Prior to joining Southeast Community Health Systems, Mrs. Cleveland was employed by the Louisiana Primary Care Organization for over 13 years as Deputy Director providing technical resources to the state’s federally qualified health centers, managing day-to-day operations, and representing the association and its members on state, regional and national committees and as Director of Managed Care and Network Development for the organizations' for-profit Accountable Care Organization (ACO) leading the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Medicaid and Medicare Advantage value-based contract negotiations and performance improvement for the 26 member health centers across the state of Louisiana.  

In 2019 Mrs. Cleveland was appointed by the Metropolitan Council of East Baton Rouge Parish to the Board of Commissioners at Lane Regional Medical Center where she currently serves as Finance Committee Chair.  She previously served as a board member for Care South Medical and Dental.
