Leadership Team

Theodis Wright serves as Chief People Officer at Southeast Community Health Systems, where he leads both the organization’s human resources strategy and its IT environment. In this dual capacity, Wright works closely across all departments to ensure the health system is optimally staffed, that the IT infrastructure effectively supports daily operations, and that staff remain deeply engaged with Southeast’s mission. He brings over two decades of leadership expertise to the role, having previously held key management positions in higher education administration for 20 years prior to joining Southeast.
