Christopher Givens is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Givens began his career in the medical sciences in 2010 after obtaining his Associate in Applied Science in Medical Radiologic Technology.  In 2012, he completed his Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from Southwest Mississippi Community College in Summit, Mississippi.

Givens previously worked as a medical-surgical registered nurse for five years while continuing his education. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University in 2015 and his Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2017. His previous experience as a nurse practitioner includes family practice and internal medicine practice in the outpatient and inpatient settings. He currently lives in McComb, Mississippi with his wife—Tera—and his daughter—Kenna.
